The Senior Director of Sales Account Management will deliver revenue to plan for the service business unit, estimate and report SAM and market share of the service business, work with regional sales to align targets for continued market share growth, own service pricing, pricing strategies, and supporting value collateral, grow service contract market share of SAM annually, and develop and align channel strategy with regions to continue to grow service sales. This role requires maintaining strong knowledge of the company's products and services and all industry standards and practices.
