About The Position

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Senior Director of Process Engineering to lead the strategic alignment of business processes and technology capabilities across their sales ecosystem. This senior leader will collaborate with business operations, sales subject matter experts, the digital & marketing organization (DMO), and sales divisions to design, document, and implement processes that enable AI-powered technology solutions. Reporting to the VP of Revenue and Sales Operations, this role is crucial for CHG's strategy of using AI and advanced technology to transform their sales and delivery model. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in business process engineering, a proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment on complex technology initiatives, and hands-on experience with AI applications in sales or operations. Experience with Salesforce platforms is highly valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, pragmatic execution, the ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and translate complex business challenges into clear process solutions. They should be comfortable with both high-level architectural discussions and detailed process mapping. Intellectual curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their transformative potential is essential, along with an understanding that sustainable transformation requires a balance of process discipline, change leadership, and cultural engagement. This position is based in Salt Lake City, UT, with flexibility for remote candidates across the United States. Regular travel to CHG offices and division sites may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process design and documentation for AI-enabled technology solutions prior to development and launch
  • Partner with sales divisions to achieve full alignment on future state process architecture and operating models
  • Translate strategic business objectives into detailed process requirements that guide technology roadmaps
  • Establish process governance frameworks and change management protocols to ensure sustainable adoption
  • Serve as the central orchestrator between business operations, sales SMEs, Lean, and DMO teams
  • Build deep relationships with division leaders to understand operational context, pain points, and strategic priorities
  • Drive consensus and executive buy-in on process standards, technology decisions, and implementation timelines
  • Lead process workshops and design sessions with stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Translate AI capabilities into practical business process applications that drive measurable outcomes
  • Design processes that optimize for AI-native workflows, automation opportunities, and intelligent decision support
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure process requirements are translated into scalable, secure technical solutions
  • Monitor AI solution performance against process objectives and iterate based on data-driven insights
  • Manage a team of sales subject matter experts (2 direct reports initially, with growth potential)
  • Potentially assume leadership of the business operations team as organizational needs evolve
  • Build process engineering capabilities across Strategic Operations and embedded partner teams
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence
