About The Position

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Operations to lead Contract Manufacturing, Procurement Operations, and Innovation for a rapidly growing portfolio of consumer health and wellness brands. This highly visible leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership to build a scalable, resilient, and high-performing operations organization capable of supporting significant growth. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading external manufacturing networks, developing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and successfully commercializing new products. Success in this role requires a leader who can balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll oversee complex manufacturing partnerships, lead procurement operations, and work cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure innovative products are launched efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality standards. Requirements

Executive-level experience leading Contract Manufacturing, Procurement, and Innovation within the Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS), Nutraceutical, Food, Beverage, or Consumer Packaged Goods industries
Bachelor's degree required
15+ years of progressive Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement leadership experience within VMS, Food, Beverage, or Consumer Packaged Goods
Demonstrated success leading large-scale contract manufacturing organizations and strategic supplier partnerships
Experience overseeing procurement operations, sourcing strategy, and vendor negotiations
Proven track record commercializing new products from development through launch
Strong financial acumen with experience driving cost optimization, supply continuity, and operational scalability
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
