About The Position

The Senior Director of Operations in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational functions of healthcare facilities or organizations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement to enhance efficiency, compliance, and patient satisfaction across multiple departments or locations. The Senior Director will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders, and implement best practices to meet regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects within a healthcare environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare IT infrastructure.
