Requirements

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
12+ years experience in product marketing, offerings, solutions marketing, or services GTM leadership.
Experience in global IT services, digital transformation, or software engineering services.
Proven success shaping service portfolios and GTM strategy.
Direct experience training sales teams and supporting revenue teams.
Analyst relations experience required.
Strong fluency with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern marketing technology.
Exceptional communication and executive presence.
Builder mentality with high personal ownership.
Strong strategic thinking and execution discipline.
High narrative, storytelling, and design standards.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Deep cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Own the definition, evolution, and lifecycle of Wizeline’s service offerings and IP.
Translate market demand, client needs, and delivery capabilities into differentiated offerings.
Partner with Delivery, Engineering, and Operations on new solution development.
Own messaging frameworks, value propositions, and positioning.
Create compelling narratives that translate complex technical value into clear business outcomes.
Lead flagship market-facing thought leadership.
Train sales teams on offerings, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Partner directly with CSO, sales leaders, and account teams in active pursuits.
Support deal shaping and solution positioning in strategic client conversations.
Lead the creation of: Pitch decks. One-pagers. Brochures. Case studies. POV documents. Website services content.
Partner with Design and Brand to ensure visual excellence and narrative clarity.
Serve as a primary interface with Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analyst firms.
Lead Wave and Market Guide submissions.
Shape external market perception of Wizeline’s capabilities.
Drive the use of AI and automation across marketing operations.
Define workflows that improve content velocity, enablement scale, and GTM efficiency.
Stay hands-on with modern AI tools and platforms.
Lead product marketers, content writers, designers (direct or matrixed), and contractors.
Set clear vision, quality standards, and delivery accountability.
Operate as both player and coach.
