About The Position

Define and execute enterprise IT strategy and multi-year roadmap
Re-architect infrastructure supporting engineering applications (Autodesk, ESRI, Bentley)
Lead cloud strategy, infrastructure, and end-user services
Build and own enterprise integration across ERP, HRIS (Workday), and business systems
Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity
Establish IT governance, project prioritization, and delivery frameworks
Partner with executive leadership to align IT with growth, M&A, and business objectives
Lead, develop, and restructure IT teams to improve performance and engagement
Introduce and evolve data strategy, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally within an AEC / engineering consulting environment
• Strong background in infrastructure, cloud strategy, and enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, integrations)
• Proven experience leading IT transformation or modernization initiatives
• Experience supporting engineering applications (Autodesk, ESRI, Bentley)
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and IT operations
• Experience with system integration, data architecture, or platform connectivity
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership style
