The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. The Director develops policy, directs and coordinates human resources activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by managing the following areas: HRIS system administration, benefits administration, employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment, on-boarding, organizational training and development, talent management, compensation management and government compliance. This position may also contribute in special initiatives, programs and projects as assigned by the Chief HR officer.
