About The Position

The Senior Director of Housing and Residential Education provides leadership for the College’s residential experience, including residential education, housing operations, residential conduct administration, crisis response, and student support initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Student Life and Strategic Initiatives and serving as a member of the Student Life Leadership Team, the Senior Director collaborates with campus partners to foster safe, inclusive, and educationally purposeful communities that support learning, well-being, belonging, and persistence.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in residential education and housing operations.
• Experience in residential conduct administration and crisis response.
• Experience with student support initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with campus partners.
