About The Position

As the leader of our fulfillment strategy, you will hold enterprise-wide accountability for all 7 facilities across the United States. • Safety Culture Architecture: Experience building "Safety First" environments where frontline teams are empowered to identify hazards and contribute to continuous safety improvement.
  • Multi-Site Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to set long-term visions (Foresight) and translate company-wide objectives into actionable plans across multiple geographic locations.
  • Operational Project Management: Expert-level experience designing and leading large-scale projects that measurably increase efficiency, productivity, and the customer experience.
  • Analytical Decision-Making: A history of using complex data to visualize problems and implement long-term structural solutions rather than temporary fixes.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across an entire organization to find efficiencies and drive results.
  • Physical Stamina & Grit: Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the warehouse floor, including standing for 95% of the day and routinely lifting up to 70 pounds alongside the team.
  • National Operational Flexibility: Experience managing the logistical demands of a national footprint, including monthly travel and the tenacity to lead through seasonal peaks and extended hours
