The Sr. Director of Food Service oversees the development, performance, and long‑term growth of Onvo’s food and beverage platform across a rapidly expanding network of 40+ stores. This role works collaboratively across Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Training to ensure the program is innovative, operationally executable, and financially successful. This role blends product innovation, menu strategy, operational design, branding, and financial leadership to ensure the food service offering consistently delivers: Exceptional quality & freshness Great value Speed of services Strong profitability Drive overall sales and per ticket growth While store teams executes daily operations, this role functions as the leader of the food service responsible for its health, performance, and long‑term growth. The Sr. Director owns the strategy, profitability, and continuous improvement of Onvo’s food and beverage programs, including: Menu architecture & product development Beverage platform leadership Innovation & LTO pipeline and strategy Equipment & packaging strategy Supplier partnerships & cost management Labor & operational efficiency Systemwide program rollout Ongoing business performance monitoring, competitive trends & customer preferences
