The Senior Director of Food and Nutrition Services will oversee the daily Foodservice operations for a $5 million, 150-bed Healthcare Account in Oxford, MS. This role involves managing and leading a team of associates, maintaining client relations, and ensuring the superior quality of food offered to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of Proven Leadership expertise with Morrison Healthcare (or another contract managed food service organization within the healthcare space)
  • High volume production and catering experience is essential
  • Food service operational management experience with inventory and purchasing
  • Strong knowledge of food service trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable

Nice To Haves

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
  • ServSafe® certified a plus
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client, as well as other departments
  • Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Roll out new culinary programs
  • Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team
