About The Position

As Senior Director of Food & Beverage at Onni, you'll shape the future of dining across our entire portfolio — driving revenue, mentoring teams, and turning every outlet into a brand experience worth returning to. This role involves ensuring food and beverage operations meet brand targets, drive revenue, and maximize financial performance. You will be involved in sales initiatives, budget creation, forecasting, and overseeing senior F&B management teams, mentoring them to establish a strong culture of service excellence. Collaboration with site and corporate staff is key for menu development, pricing, renovations, and rebranding. The role also includes following up on capital budgets and repairs/maintenance related to F&B operations. Strategic planning is crucial for successful execution across the portfolio, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability. This includes advising on and approving front and back of house designs to create operationally efficient, on-brand, and market-relevant restaurants and bars, while facilitating and tracking project timelines and driving accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a in culinary arts, hotel management or a related field
  • At least 4+ years of related experience in F&B management

Nice To Haves

  • Having relevant certifications or permits is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the food and beverage operations meets the brand’s target customer needs, talent satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenue and maximizing the financial performance of the department.
  • Be heavily involved in the creation and development of sales initiatives to drive top line revenues while collaborating with the sales & marketing teams.
  • Involved in the development of the food and beverage budget and the forecasting process and ensure that the financial targets throughout the year are monitored closely.
  • Assist in overseeing the senior F&B management teams at The Emily and be directly involved in mentoring and developing the managers to establish a strong culture of service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the F&B site management team to develop attractive prices and menus for each F&B outlet, based on profitability and local competition.
  • Work with site and corporate staff to help plan and execute renovations and rebranding of the existing operations and any future planning.
  • Follow-up on Capital Budget and all repairs and maintenance items related to the Food and Beverage operations.
  • Ensure the successful execution across the company’s portfolio of Food & Beverage outlets to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability, through effective planning, organizing and an ongoing evaluation process.
  • Advises and approves front of the house and back of the house designs global design to create Restaurants & Bars that are operationally efficient, on brand strategy, and market relevant.
  • Facilitates and tracks project timelines, drives accountability with internal and external stakeholders during project lifecycles.
