The USF Foundation connects the University with donors who want to make a difference by providing private, philanthropic support to promote student success, academic initiatives, research and other strategic priorities of the University of South Florida. The Muma College of Business supports nearly 9,000 students across the USF System and boasts a powerful network of over 72,000 alumni. Reporting to the Vice President for Development, Colleges and Units, the Senior Director of Development serves as the Chief Development Officer for the Muma College of Business, providing strategic leadership and oversight of a comprehensive advancement program. This position is responsible for developing and executing a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with the College's priorities and the University of South Florida's institutional goals. The Senior Director plays a leadership role in driving transformational philanthropy, by establishing and managing prospect and donor relationships through identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
