  • Translate complex scientific, behavioral, and qualitative insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform decision-making and deliver impact.
  • Develop enterprise-level strategic roadmaps that align client needs with evolving trends in oncology, hematology, and the broader biopharma ecosystem.
  • Generate compelling, insight-driven narratives that connect science, strategy, and storytelling to business outcomes.
  • Anticipate shifts in science, policy, data, and digital engagement to inform forward-looking strategies and new solution development.
  • Build trusted, senior-level client relationships and partner closely with HCP experts to ensure relevance, credibility, and excellence in strategic output.
  • Lead high-stakes client engagements including strategic workshops, pitches, proposals, and RFPs to drive retention and expansion.
  • Own portfolio-level growth strategy across priority client accounts, translating emerging market, scientific, and customer insights into actionable growth initiatives and differentiated solutions — including driving organic adoption of Vaniam Intelligence Suite modules (Horizon, Sphere, Catalyst, Explore, Engage, Convene) within existing client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary commercial bridge between client needs and Vaniam’s Intelligence Suite, converting insight engagements into subscription relationships that deepen platform adoption over time.
  • Partner with clients as innovation collaborators, co-creating and piloting new approaches that can be refined, scaled, and deployed across the broader client portfolio.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing client services leadership team of 3–5 members.
  • Foster a culture centered on strategic thinking, innovation, accountability, and measurable growth.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and empowerment to elevate leadership capability and ensure excellence across client portfolios and service delivery.
  • Serve as a strategic growth partner to business development, medical, scientific, and creative teams, shaping compelling value propositions that clearly articulate impact, outcomes, and differentiation.
  • Champion the responsible use of AI, data, and advanced analytics to unlock deeper insights, accelerate solution development, and create differentiated, insight-driven offerings.
  • Drive revenue expansion through strategy-led proposals, solution innovation, and long-term account growth, with accountability for portfolio performance and contribution to enterprise growth goals.
  • Lead the incubation, testing, and commercialization of new strategic offerings, frameworks, and capabilities that address unmet client needs and create scalable revenue opportunities.
  • Identify white-space opportunities across therapeutic areas, audiences, channels, and engagement models, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable client and business impact.
  • Represent the firm’s strategic point of view externally through thought leadership, client forums, and industry engagement, strengthening market presence and attracting new opportunities.
