About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Director, North American Technology, Data & Digital Innovation (TDDI) Transformation. The Senior Director, NorAm TDDI Transformation leads enterprise-wide technology and organizational transformation initiatives across North America for Sodexo. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving modernization, optimizing operating models, improving financial efficiency, and establishing sustainable change governance across the Technology, Data & Digital Innovation (TDDI) function. Partnering closely with senior leaders across Technology, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations, this role ensures transformation initiatives are strategically aligned, well-governed, and executed with measurable business impact. The Senior Director also serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping guide large-scale change while maintaining operational, financial, and cultural stability. This is a remote role with the preferred candidate able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours to accommodate global meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of management experience and 7–10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, digital, or organizational transformation
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology operating models and large-scale transformation delivery
  • Strong financial acumen, including cost optimization, business case development, and value realization tracking
  • Proven experience designing and leading change governance frameworks in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with structured transformation methodologies such as Agile, ITIL, Lean, or large-scale program frameworks
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, lead through change, and drive disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in global or highly complex operational environments (services, hospitality, facilities management, or similar industries preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the North America TDDI transformation roadmap, including technology modernization, operating model evolution, cost optimization, and value realization initiatives
  • Design and implement structured change governance frameworks, including change impact assessments, workforce and stabilization protocols, and transformation oversight
  • Deliver key transformation programs and initiatives while partnering with Finance to build strong business cases, prioritize investments, optimize vendor spend, and track ROI
  • Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and board-ready materials that clearly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with global TDDI stakeholders to align regional transformation priorities with enterprise technology strategy
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping mitigate change fatigue and ensure sustainable adoption of transformation efforts
  • Influence and optimize a multi-million-dollar technology operating budget through disciplined financial and governance practices
