The Senior Director of Media leads the end-to-end media strategy for the organization, overseeing brand marketing, shopper marketing, and agency partnerships. This role ensures that media investments across the full funnel — from brand storytelling to point-of-sale conversion — work together to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize ROI. The leader in this role brings together teams across creative, CRM, brand strategy, measurement, product, operations, retail, and procurement to build a unified media ecosystem that supports both long-term brand equity and short-term sales performance. This role partners extensively with the Best Buy Ads team in building out best-in-class media plans for our advertising partners. This role is remote eligible, which means you will work virtually from home or another non Best Buy location. As part of this role, there will be travel between Chicago, New York, and Minnesota, estimated at approximately 10–25%.
