About The Position

Torticity is a B2B2C lit-tech company founded six years ago and based in Boca Raton, Florida. They specialize in case workup for plaintiff law firms, assisting with mass tort, personal injury, sexual assault, and natural disaster cases. Their proprietary technology enhances efficiency and sets industry standards, with a focus on AI and comprehensive, end-to-end solutions for pre-litigation and litigation processes. Torticity aims to blend innovation with justice and build the future of legal excellence. Remote opportunities are available nationwide, with enhanced compensation and in-person collaboration for employees within a 40-mile radius of their Boca Raton HQ, operating on a hybrid model (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in-office).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior marketing leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling product marketing, brand, or integrated marketing functions.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple products, services, or business lines.
  • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, segmentation, ideal customer profile development, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to connect marketing investments to pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience leading brand strategy and narrative development for complex B2B organizations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing, and high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company-wide B2B marketing strategy across Torticity’s portfolio of products and services.
  • Define and maintain a unified market narrative that connects multiple business lines under a single, differentiated brand.
  • Establish category positioning that strengthens Torticity’s leadership within the legal technology and legal operations market.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to inform strategic direction.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market positioning, customer behavior, and growth initiatives.
  • Build and lead the product marketing function, including positioning, messaging, packaging, sales enablement, customer research, and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop messaging frameworks that translate complex technology-enabled legal services into clear and compelling value propositions.
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing communications, campaigns, and brand experiences.
  • Lead win/loss analysis, market segmentation, ideal customer profile development, and customer insights initiatives.
  • Drive alignment between product strategy, market needs, and go-to-market execution.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, service offerings, market expansions, and category initiatives.
  • Develop launch frameworks, positioning strategies, pricing support, channel strategies, and sales enablement programs.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful market adoption and revenue growth.
  • Establish repeatable go-to-market processes that support scalability and organizational growth.
  • Oversee demand generation strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned to pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue outcomes.
  • Develop measurement frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics that connect marketing investment to business results.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness, channel performance, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI across marketing workflows, research, segmentation, content development, campaign optimization, and analytics.
  • Champion experimentation, automation, and emerging technologies that improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to explore innovative applications of AI throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization.
  • Manage internal team members, agencies, consultants, contractors, and external partners.
  • Establish organizational priorities, team structures, operating rhythms, and performance expectations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support hiring, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
