The Senior Director, Marketing Insights & Analytics will be a key driver of actionable consumer and industry research, supporting both Visa’s North America marketing and Visa client marketing services. This leader will deliver insights and analytics that guide marketing leaders in the development of consumer, B2B, and client campaigns. The role is responsible for creative testing, campaign analysis, and performance measurement to ensure marketing efforts are optimized for engagement and outcomes. The Senior Director will partner closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the SVP, CMO for North America. Key outcomes for the first 12-18 months include delivering integrated insights and analytics frameworks that inform marketing strategy, campaign development, and optimization; institutionalizing creative testing and measurement processes; providing actionable recommendations based on campaign analysis; and building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and Visa clients.
