This individual will collaborate closely with the Strategic Insights and Analytics team and Brand leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive content analytics framework. The role will focus on identifying and tracking key leading and lagging metrics, enabling data-driven decisions, providing actionable insights on the effectiveness of content and channel strategies, and optimizing investments throughout the customer and patient journey. The Associate Director will report to the Director, Customer Engagement & Media Measurement. This leader will also work closely to the AI Product team to leverage AI capabilities to direct faster insight generation and business decision making.
