Nature and Scope The Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager reports to the VP, Marketing Planning & Operations and serves as a strategic analytics leader for the Marketing organization. This role is responsible for shaping forward-thinking insights, informs marketing decision-making, and drives measurable business growth. The position leads three core capability areas: Brand & Market Insights, Member & Product Insights, and Advanced Marketing Measurement & Analytics, with a strong focus on predictive analytics and data-driven strategy. This role requires deep analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes. The Manager is expected to act as a thought partner, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and emerging trends rather than reacting to historical performance alone.
