At TDS Telecom, connecting people is at the heart of everything we do. We are forward thinkers who leverage cutting-edge fiber internet technology to strengthen communities. We are dedicated to excellence, which drives us to succeed together, creating a better world through meaningful connections. Ready to make an impact? As the Marketing Insights Manager, you are the voice of the market inside TDS. You keep a constant pulse on each market we operate in, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that leaders across the organization rely on to make decisions. You build and maintain reporting that is meaningful and consumable at every level—from front-line teams to executive leadership—ensuring everyone understands how their market is performing and why. Because no two TDS markets are alike, you spend your time deeply understanding the unique dynamics that shape success in each one. You develop a strong point of view on what operational success looks like, how it is achieved, and where opportunities or risks are emerging. With a sharp analytical lens, you identify trends across markets and within competitive environments, connecting the dots between products, pricing, marketing efforts, and operational execution to determine what’s working, what isn’t, and where adjustments are needed. In this role, you become a trusted thought partner to Product Management, Marketing, and business unit leaders. You build strong relationships across teams that influence results, combining market-specific dynamics with internal operational activity to create a holistic story of performance. Your recommendations directly shape strategies, refine marketing and product investments, and drive improved outcomes. Ultimately, your insights enable TDS to compete more effectively, adapt faster, and win in every market we serve. This position can work remotely in any of the 40+ states in which TDS Telecom operates.
