As a critical part of a data-driven organization, the Director, Marketing Analytics and Insights, will leverage internal/external data to develop customer insights and performance measurement, deliver them to key decision makers, and effectively bring the voice of the customer to life for the enterprise. The Director, Marketing Analytics and Insights will embrace a proactive approach to bringing insights forward, as well as identify future learning opportunities. This position collaborates with and is an integral part of Marketing, Merchandising and Commercial teams to support their business objectives and will be a data-driven storyteller - interpreting information and providing a clear summary of insights that support the goals of the business. This position requires a strategic, influential leader who will be a catalyst for driving a culture of insight driven decision making for the organization. A core accountability will include transforming brand building capabilities by reinforcing application of insights & analytics to unlock growth and deliver financial results.
