Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Five+ years related multi-million dollar fundraising responsibilities
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through complex fundraising strategies and relationships.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced relationship management skills with major donors, corporate partners, and volunteer leaders.
  • Ability to balance hands-on fundraising with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to contribute to market-level planning.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive performance and decision-making.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and align efforts for broader impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drives revenue growth across the portfolio by securing major gifts, corporate partnerships, and leadership volunteer engagement.
  • Leads and develops a team, providing coaching, direction, and accountability to achieve revenue and engagement goals.
  • Personally manages and advances high-impact donor, corporate, and volunteer leadership relationships.
  • Contributes to market-level strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and collaboration across functions.
  • Oversees volunteer leadership engagement strategy, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.
  • Manages financial performance, budgets, and return on investment across the portfolio.
