GEICO is seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Litigation and Operations Strategy to lead strategic planning, operational performance, and cross‑functional execution across the Staff Counsel organization. This role serves as the operational arm of the Staff Counsel Leadership Team, with responsibility for driving litigation strategy, performance discipline, and operational excellence aligned with enterprise objectives. The Senior Director provides executive‑level leadership over litigation operations, including direct oversight of the Director, Litigation Oversight & Compliance and the Director, Associate Experience & Development, to ensure consistency, mitigate risks, and set standards across Staff Counsel. Location Remote role, with in-office presence and travel as needed. Preferred location: Maryland (Bethesda office).
