Icertis is launching a new Center of Excellence to support our AI-first,
legal-centric products. This team will partner directly with enterprise
customers, including companies like Microsoft, Accenture, and Hewlett Packard
Enterprise, to design real-world AI use cases, optimize AI-powered contract
review playbooks, and develop custom prompts that bring legal workflows to life.
This role blends legal expertise with AI innovation, helping customers
streamline contract reviews, strengthen negotiation strategies, and bring
greater speed, consistency, and insight to their daily work.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, shaping both the customer
experience and how our product evolves. It’s a dynamic role where you’ll wear
several hats: trusted advisor, LegalOps and contracting expert, product
specialist, and solution architect. Ultimately, your goal is to help customers
unlock the full power of Icertis and drive meaningful success for themselves,
their teams, and their organizations.
