We’re looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary — and reshape the future of building products distribution. QXO is a publicly traded company founded by Brad Jacobs with the goal of building the market-leading company in the building products distribution industry. On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector. We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry. The Senior Director, Operations Learning and Talent Development leads the learning strategy for the company’s largest workforce segment, encompassing branch operations, supply chain, fleet and logistics, and environmental health and safety. This role ensures that every learning experience improves operational performance, strengthens leadership at the frontline, and supports a culture of safety and execution excellence. Reporting to the VP of Learning & Talent Development, the Senior Director will manage a team of learning professionals responsible for partnering with Operations leaders to define learning priorities, design scalable programs and create engaging learner experiences that drive measurable business results. This leader oversees the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, from new hire onboarding to continuing education and advanced skills training.
