We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Leadership and Management Development to join our Corporate Affairs team. This role is located in New York City. The Senior Director, Leadership and Management Development, will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise leadership and manager development solutions that strengthen organizational capability and advance business priorities. This role is responsible for building scalable, impactful programs and experiences that enhance leadership effectiveness, elevate manager capability, and support talent development across the organization. This leader will work closely with senior stakeholders across the company to identify leadership capability needs, shape development strategies, and deliver solutions that support performance, growth, and culture.
