About The Position

Own the end-to-end S/4 transformation roadmap, scope, execution strategy, and operating model across global sites. Can translate enterprise vision into an executable S/4 roadmap with clear value levers. Operates with metrics and benefits realization at the center. Establish and lead multi-tier governance (SteerCo, Design Authority, Workstream PMs), ensuring fast escalation and decision cycles. Drive cross-functional alignment on standardization, process simplification, and system rationalization Simplifies complexity; guides senior leaders through options and trade-offs. Strong command of risk, quality, controls, and delivery discipline. Produces clean, visually appealing artifacts that drive alignment and decisions. Own program budget and forecasting; manage complex contracts/SOWs, change orders, and value-for-money. Balance speed, risk, and cost; ensure disciplined scope management Lead the multi‑year S/4 program across planning, design, build, validation, deployment, and global rollout. Stand up and lead multi-vendor SI teams; set SLAs and performance guardrails Enforce Fit‑to‑Standard while preserving essential high‑tech differentiation. Oversee harmonization and global template development across Plan‑to‑Produce, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Forecast‑to‑Stock, Product Lifecycle, and Service/Repair processes Build long‑term internal capability and an S/4 Center of Excellence.

Requirements

  • 12+ years leading enterprise IT transformations
  • 10+ years in ERP/SAP programs
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in manufacturing or high-tech
  • Experience with engineer‑to‑order, long lead‑time manufacturing, global supply chain, and complex BOM structures
  • Demonstrated success guiding multi-vendor teams and large global programs
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation design, and storytelling skills
  • Semiconductor equipment, capital equipment, or complex discrete manufacturing background
  • MBA or master's in a relevant field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PP/DS, EWM, Group Reporting, IBP, or Central Finance
  • Exposure to PLM (Teamcenter/SAP), MES, or digital factory initiatives
