About The Position

The Senior Director, Enterprise Applications owns TaylorMade's global Oracle Enterprise Solutions portfolio, including Master Data Management, ERP, and Supply Chain Planning. The role sets the strategy, roadmap, and operating model supporting how the company plans, sells, buys, and reports worldwide. Reporting to the AVP, Enterprise Applications, this leader partners with business leadership across every region and translates business strategy into a modern, scalable Oracle platform. The role leads enterprise application strategy, investment and portfolio governance, technology modernization, AI and automation planning, organizational change, vendor and budget management, application delivery, and global support. It establishes governance and standards for availability, security, data integrity, compliance, master data, and integration, while communicating strategy, progress, risks, and results to executive leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
12+ years of IT leadership experience focused on ERP and enterprise applications.
8+ years leading global teams and ERP programs across multiple regions.
Deep expertise in Oracle EBS across Order-to-Cash, Finance, and Procure-to-Pay.
Strong working knowledge of Master Data Management and Supply & Demand Planning processes and solutions.
Proven track record leading global ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
Experience leading enterprise-level portfolio governance, investment planning, and strategic vendor negotiations.
Command of data management, integration, and IT governance and compliance frameworks.
Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and align competing priorities.
Ability to accurately assess talent and build consistently delivering teams.
Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and their responsible use in daily work.
Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
Ability to perform light physical effort, such as lifting or moving lightweight materials.

Responsibilities

Lead, build, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Partner with business leadership to align IT priorities and investments with business strategy and enable growth across regions.
Serve as global solution owner for Oracle Enterprise Solutions across Master Data Management, ERP (Order-to-Cash, Finance, Procure-to-Pay), and Supply Chain Planning.
Lead functional demand and portfolio governance, resolving competing priorities through assessment of value, risk, capacity, dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs.
Direct enterprise investment planning, aligning funding, capacity, and prioritization with strategic themes and value streams.
Own the technology rationalization and modernization roadmap, including platform selection and lifecycle decisions, reducing redundant platforms and technical debt.
Set the applications portfolio AI and automation strategy, prioritizing use cases that deliver measurable business value under responsible governance.
Lead enterprise-level change for the operational and process impacts of major business initiatives.
Own application budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements; drive cost optimization and vendor performance.
Establish governance for system availability, security, data integrity, and compliance with IT and financial controls.
Define master data and integration standards to keep ERP and connected applications accurate and reliable.
Direct Oracle project delivery and global application support, meeting commitments on scope, budget, quality, and service levels.
Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and results to executive leadership.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
