Requirements

Proven experience in leading and scaling outbound inside sales teams.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Ability to mentor, coach, and develop sales professionals.
Experience using AI and AI-related technologies in a business context.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience in the SaaS or cloud compliance industry.
