Intellia Therapeutics, a pioneer in gene editing, is preparing for its first launch of one-time gene editing therapies for rare and serious diseases, including hereditary angioedema (HAE) and transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTR). The Senior Director, HEOR & Evidence Strategy will be responsible for setting and executing the integrated evidence strategy to demonstrate value and enable durable access, while also leading Field HEOR to drive payer engagement and inform U.S. coverage and reimbursement decisions. This role is the linchpin between global evidence generation and U.S. payer-facing execution—overseeing the Director, HEOR & Evidence Strategy and managing the Field HEOR team. The Senior Director will translate science and economics into compelling value narratives, ensure evidence is embedded into clinical development, and directly support national and large regional payer strategies with robust, credible data. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role that is ideal for an experienced HEOR professional who thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments and understands the complexity of launching innovative, high-value therapies.
