The Senior Director of GTM Sales Enablement will report to and directly support the Chief Revenue Officer and oversee all training, internal communications, change management, and employee experience initiatives for go-to-market teams at Charlie Health. This role will manage a team and work closely with cross-functional leaders to understand the needs of and build tailored programming for Outreach, Partnerships, Admissions, Clinical Admissions, and Care Experience teams.
