The Senior Director of GTM Sales Enablement will report to and directly support the Chief Revenue Officer and oversee all training, internal communications, change management, and employee experience initiatives for go-to-market teams at Charlie Health. This role will manage a team and work closely with cross-functional leaders to understand the needs of and build tailored programming for Outreach, Partnerships, Admissions, Clinical Admissions, and Care Experience teams. Requirements

  • 8+ years of combined experience in sales and sales enablement
  • Experience managing a large team
  • Google suite proficiency
  • Expert project and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for mental health care
  • Ability to travel to events regularly throughout the year

Responsibilities

  • Build, oversee, and measure efficacy against a sales enablement strategy that helps support the learning & development and overall effectiveness our frontline teams
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to help inform and support the needs of all GTM teams
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the go-to-market teams to lead key change management initiatives
  • Manage a team that leads onboarding, continued education, internal communications, events and rewards and recognition initiatives for the go-to-market teams, including Outreach, Partnerships, Admissions, Clinical Admissions and Care Experience.
  • Continuously assess for gaps in programming and culture needs and proactively work with key stakeholders to address those gaps
