About The Position

The Senior Director, Growth Strategy & Execution serves as the operational leader responsible for translating Elevation Health Partners' growth strategy into measurable execution. This position thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consulting environment where priorities evolve rapidly, and ambiguity is common. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Senior Director independently identifies opportunities, develops scalable solutions, and builds the systems, playbooks, governance frameworks, technologies, and operational infrastructure that enable sustainable growth. The position owns the organization's growth operating system, business development operations, revenue execution infrastructure, PMO governance execution, growth technology ecosystem, operational intelligence, and enterprise reporting. Working under the strategic direction of the COO, the Senior Director leads the execution of enterprise growth initiatives by driving revenue operations, pipeline management, proposal execution, growth analytics, portfolio reporting, launch readiness, and continuous process improvement. This position partners closely with the CEO, CFO/Head of Growth, Principal Consultants, and cross-functional leaders to ensure growth activities are aligned with organizational priorities, operational capacity, and client delivery. Success in this role is demonstrated by the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, anticipate organizational needs, and proactively develop scalable solutions that improve operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and revenue growth.
