About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic leader to transform how marketing procurement is led across the North America Operating Unit (NAOU), bringing greater alignment, clarity, and measurable value through Global Marketing Procurement (GMP). The Sr. Director, Global Marketing Procurement for NAOU will lead the Operating Unit procurement agenda and act as the primary strategic partner to Marketing across North America. The role is accountable for driving strategic sourcing priorities across key Operating Unit activities, while ensuring strong alignment with the GMP global Towers’ (i.e. media, creative, data etc) NAOU productivity (savings/value) plan. Working closely with fellow Operating Unit Directors (OUDs), this leader will help shape multi-OU negotiations so that NAOU market realities are reflected without losing the benefits of scale, scope consistency, and enterprise leverage. The role is critical to ensuring the The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) network model thrives while delivering the needs of the Operating Unit (OU). The core focus of this role is to partner closely with the Towers and the NAOU to shape fit-for-purpose agency and service solutions that enable Marketing’s strategic priorities — bringing our people closer to the consumer, placing digital and AI at the core of every connection, and remaining constructively discontented in the pursuit of better outcomes. The role will also co-lead the NA team to ensure excellence in negotiations, contract management, responsible sourcing, and on-time-in-full delivery, while generating tangible productivity, incremental value, and extended ROI from all partnerships. The role reports to the Sr. Director – OUD Lead and has shared responsibility alongside the Tower leads for the majority of the $2bn of marketing spend across NA.
