The Senior Director, Global Commercial Lead-Lung will serve as the strategic commercial leader for the RYBREVANT Lung franchise, driving the development and execution of the global brand strategy across the asset lifecycle. This individual will lead a highly matrixed, cross-functional team and partner closely with key stakeholders across Global Strategic Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Insights & Analytics, Finance, and Regional Commercial organizations to maximize the global value of the franchise. The role is accountable for shaping the long-term vision and commercialization strategy for RYBREVANT in Lung Cancer, ensuring alignment across functions and regions to successfully deliver growth, optimize launches, and strengthen competitive positioning in an increasingly dynamic oncology landscape.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; MS/MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive biotech, pharmaceutical or relevant experience is required
  • In-line marketing experience with senior brand responsibility and people management in dynamic and innovative specialty therapeutic area.
  • Oncology/hematology experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, ability to master complexity and to integrate insights into strategies and actions
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and cross-geography.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and evolving the global brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition across indications and treatment settings.
  • Generating actionable customer, market, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Leading lifecycle planning and portfolio strategy to maximize long-term franchise value.
  • Partnering with Medical Affairs on scientific narrative development, evidence generation priorities, and data communication strategies.
  • Driving global forecast development, scenario planning, and strategic business assessments.
  • Overseeing the development of core promotional platforms, messaging architecture, and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Ensuring alignment and execution readiness across regions and markets through strong partnership with regional commercial leaders.
  • Leading commercial input into development, regulatory, and launch planning milestones to ensure seamless transitions from approval through successful commercialization.
  • Representing the commercial perspective in key governance forums and influencing critical investment and portfolio decisions.
