Create and execute strategies that facilitate high impact growth and achievement critical to AFG and the Region's success. Drive accountability for the business results (~1,570 advisors in Mid-Atlantic) and financial management of the region. Ensure that the office of the Regional Vice President and the region is running efficiently and that all tools and processes required for the effective management of the business are fully integrated. Partner with multiple Franchise Field Vice Presidents (FFVPs) to drive consistent operational execution across territories to increase revenue leverage for sales region. This position is remote. Any expectations for travel or in-person collaboration will be discussed during the hiring process. This position is eligible for remote work in these locations: NY, NE, PA, NY Metro, DE, MD, VA, NC (Mid-Atlantic).
