Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in operation finance and strategic planning, including leadership of teams
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and operational improvement
Demonstrated ability to lead complex business processes and cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and data analytics platforms
Strategic thinking and business acumen

Responsibilities

Provide clear, actionable insights through financial modeling, reporting, and variance analysis to senior leadership that drives data-driven decision making and planning
Partner with business leaders to ensure financial decisions align with organizational priorities and ROI targets
Optimize financial systems, reporting tools, and analytics for transparency and efficiency
Lead and enhance key business reporting and analytics across AM General’s operations that drive improved financial health and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain key financial KPIs and dashboards that support executive leadership’s ability to execute operational strategies
Evaluate and strengthen cross functional processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and scalability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, best practices, and employee input
Partner on organizational planning, including strategic initiatives, capital projects, and workforce needs
Serve as a senior advisor to the executive team on financial, operational, and business strategy matters
Translate strategic objectives into measurable financial and operational plans
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and operations team
Influence decision making through data-driven insights and scenario analysis
