Role Overview: Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA’s Leadership team. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to influence and help deliver our broad strategy, providing strategic decision support and insights to guide EA’s performance. You will work a hybrid work model defined as 3 days a week in an EA office. This Sr. Finance Director will lead business support for our Shooters & Action Role-Playing Games (ARPG) portfolio, serving as: An embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses& teams; and An experienced & demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organization, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation. Supported by a team of ~10 employees, you will report to the Vice-President of FP&A, EA Studios, while partnering closely with Shooters / ARPG leadership.
