POSITION PURPOSE: The Senior Director, Federal Programs is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing, shaping, and expanding North Wind Group’s Federal portfolio across all Federal agencies, including both defense and civilian customers. This role focuses on engineering, architect-engineer, environmental, and technical advisory services delivered under complex Federal programs. The position emphasizes long-term program stewardship, senior-level client relationships, opportunity shaping, and execution alignment. It is intentionally distinct from Business Development and Account Management roles and is designed to complement the Business Development Leads by providing enterprise-level credibility, continuity, and strategic insight across agencies.
