About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Engineering to lead the organization responsible for infrastructure planning, forecasting, sourcing coordination, and capacity management across Oracle’s global cloud footprint. This leader will own the engineering strategy, execution, and operational maturity of the platforms, services, and processes that enable Oracle to plan, build, and scale cloud infrastructure worldwide. The organization plays a critical role in supporting Oracle’s rapidly expanding cloud business by ensuring infrastructure investments, data center expansion, capacity forecasting, and supply planning are executed with precision and scale. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for developing the systems and operational frameworks used to manage billions of dollars in infrastructure investment and support Oracle’s global data center growth strategy. This role requires a unique combination of technical depth, operational excellence, organizational leadership, and executive influence. The Senior Director will partner closely with OCI engineering leaders, infrastructure operations, finance, supply chain, Fusion development teams, Global Business Units (GBUs), and executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Responsibilities
