About The Position

As an EX Senior Director within our Communication & Engagement Solutions Community, you will help our clients with communication and engagement strategies, HR and reward communication/digital solutions, and will be responsible for driving commercial and market impact by seamlessly and intuitively connecting solutions across our EX portfolio – including employee insights (listening/surveys, assessments), strategy and change management, behavior change, communications and employee experience software (Embark). You will be responsible for development and execution of measurable, results-based strategies that contribute to client growth, market differentiation, and expansion of our EX offerings with a clear line of sight to business outcomes. This includes supporting changes to HR programs such as employee experience, Total Rewards communications, organization transformation, AI, wellbeing, benefits and culture. You will draw on your growth mindset, imagination, creativity and exceptional writing skills, as well as your ability to analyze information, develop conclusions and present content through clear, well-written communication in a variety of media formats. Success in this role is defined not only by the quality of work, but by impact – helping clients achieve meaningful change and contributing to the growth of our EX business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years business experience driving sales and implementing creative and pragmatic strategies to align employee priorities with business strategy, including communication and/or marketing experience.
  • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to apply deep understanding of human behavior to influence and close large, complex sales and shape highly effective strategies.
  • An executive presence with polished and well-developed facilitation, written, web and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
  • Track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships, leading teams and generating revenue (global experience preferred).
  • Experience managing concurrent, multi-dimensional projects and people on time and within budget.
  • Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
  • Understanding of agile principles and design thinking.
  • Availability to travel on an as-needed basis.
  • Adaptability is critical.
  • Ability to work within a complex matrix organization structure.
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.

  • Develop consulting strategy, establish the delivery team, providing strategic oversight throughout the delivery phase with accountability for overall success.
  • Oversee translation of complex concepts into compelling and engaging communications across various media, including print and digital, with an eye towards cutting-edge solutions and data integration.
  • Advise and influence executive-level decision-making.
  • Oversee and execute on contractual commitments for effective financial management and business success.
  • Use modern/digital solutions to support/cultivate the desired experiences.
  • Balance high-value strategic delivery with effective delegation, while enforcing budget, timeline and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, new tools and approaches.
