About The Position

The Senior Director of Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty will lead the strategic vision, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing and loyalty initiatives across the Americas for SharkNinja , a global leader in home appliances and cleaning solutions. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven performance marketing strategies and innovative loyalty programs. The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally and globally to deliver integrated campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and enhance brand loyalty — ultimately accelerating profitable growth across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success leading large-scale performance marketing and loyalty programs, ideally in consumer products, e-commerce, or tech.
  • Strong understanding of the Americas market, including regional consumer trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Deep expertise in digital performance marketing (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Affiliate).
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics, CRM, and data management platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for performance measurement.
  • Inspirational leader capable of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Performance Marketing Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in the Americas region.
  • Oversee all aspects of performance marketing including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, SEO, and Affiliate channels.
  • Define KPIs and performance benchmarks, ensuring measurable success through data-driven insights and continual optimization.
  • Lead the development of full-funnel campaigns that maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and improve channel efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of digital and technology trends to ensure SharkNinja remains at the forefront of performance innovation.
  • Loyalty and Customer Retention Design and scale innovative loyalty programs that increase customer lifetime value (CLV), advocacy, and repeat purchase behavior.
  • Partner with CRM and Customer Experience teams to deliver seamless, personalized loyalty journeys across all digital touchpoints.
  • Use data and segmentation to create targeted campaigns that deepen engagement and retention.
  • Develop initiatives that reward loyalty, encourage cross-sell and upsell, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Cross-Channel Optimization Lead omnichannel marketing efforts ensuring consistency across digital, social, mobile, email, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimize channel mix and budget allocation to achieve balanced growth across paid and organic acquisition and retention levers.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, retail, and global marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand and consumer experience.
  • Champion innovation in creative, content, and digital storytelling to elevate brand perception and engagement.
  • Leadership and Team Management Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital marketing and loyalty professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the team and broader organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and technology partners to deliver best-in-class execution and performance outcomes.
  • Data, Analytics & Technology Leverage analytics and performance data to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and enhance marketing technology solutions (e.g., DMPs, CDPs, CRM tools) to improve targeting, measurement, and reporting.
  • Utilize predictive analytics and AI-driven personalization to deliver dynamic, tailored marketing experiences at scale.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate budget forecasting, reporting, and ROI analysis.
