As an executive leader on the Marketing team, you will drive strategies that maximize lifetime value and engagement with our existing and lapsed guests. This role owns the strategy and execution of Bealls Inc.'s Loyalty Program, Private Label Credit Card (PLCC) marketing, and CRM initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and actionable insights across guest touchpoints. You'll lead loyalty and CRM strategies, collaborate across departments to optimize PLCC performance, and partner with IT and third-party vendors to maintain a clean, robust guest database. Your work will shape guest acquisition and retention strategies, bringing guest perspective into every part of our business, from Store Operations and Merchandising to Real Estate and Marketing.
