Proof is a rapidly growing legal tech company founded in 2017, providing a platform for Service of Process and E-Filing to thousands of law firms across the United States. We facilitate the formal delivery of legal documents and connect law firms with process servers, handling over 60,000 documents monthly. Our mission is to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of the legal system. The Creditors Rights business is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a leader to manage end-to-end delivery. As the Senior Director, Creditors Rights Service & Delivery, you will be responsible for building and leading teams focused on discovery, scoping, implementation, and filing for new and expanding accounts. This is a hands-on, build-and-run role where you will define the operating model while actively executing tasks, creating the foundational infrastructure for a critical, high-growth segment of our business.

Requirements

Deep subject matter expertise in Creditors Rights practice and procedure (discovery, scoping, filing requirements, jurisdictional nuance).
Proven experience building operational process from scratch, comfortable operating without a fully mature playbook.
A track record leading and scaling delivery teams in a legal services, legal tech, or similar operations environment.
Experience managing third-party vendor relationships tied to filing or similar operational delivery.
Comfortable operating in a matrixed structure, including managing a dotted-line technical resource jointly with Product/Tech.
Strong project and process design skills, able to both architect a scalable model and execute against it personally.
High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action (this role isn't suited to a purely strategic operator).
Experience partnering closely with Sales on new business implementation.

Responsibilities

Own remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expansion Creditors Rights accounts.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Creditors Rights service delivery, translating legal and procedural nuances into scalable operational processes.
Design, document, and continuously refine the end-to-end workflow, from discovery through scoping, implementation, and filing.
Own remote research into new suit and affidavit filing requirements, staying current with jurisdictional and procedural changes.
Build the necessary infrastructure (workflows, tooling, documentation, training) to scale the business from its foundational stage.
Establish quality control, SLAs, and productivity benchmarks for the developing function.
Partner directly with Sales on new business handoffs, ensuring clear scoping and expectation setting from the outset.
Manage the third-party vendor relationship for filings, overseeing performance, quality, and escalations.
Directly manage caseload and client escalations as needed, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
Report on delivery performance, identify bottlenecks, and assess scaling readiness for senior leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Litigation Support, Server Network, other Service Delivery pillars, and Product/Tech to integrate Creditors Rights into the broader operating model.
