The Senior Director Client Support is responsible for acting as a top point of contact for the Partner Solutions Agent channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Tier 1 operational team to enhance the partner experience. They will manage escalations for top Agents with expertise of residuals, Partner Solutions products and services, and internal processes. They will engage internal team and partners about the solutions for which they are using or might benefit from. This is a fast-paced environment with significant focus on client experience and resolution.
