The analysis will be used to inform and advance strategic decision making.
  • Provide BI to support GDIT’s established annual and/or multi-year business planning processes and outputs. Support M&A and other corporate development requirements as required.

The portfolio should include, but not be limited to: Competitive analysis (battlecards, market positioning briefs), Financial market analysis (peer comp tables, earnings language reviews), Acquisition target analysis (M&A landscape, partnership signals), Technology and customer acquisition trends (capability updates, sector-specific briefs), Political and policy insights (administrative directives, compliance impacts). Each product must be designed with clear templates, fixed publication cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly), and explicit routing rules to ensure actionable intelligence reaches the right stakeholders. Products should be tailored to division needs and aligned with the broader BI operating model, enabling strategic decision-making and measurable business outcomes at all levels.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence to support division strategies and P&L across Defense, Intelligence, Health, and Federal Civilian. Deliver and or create mechanisms for timely insights that inform sector and account-level business planning, tailored to each division’s needs.
