Deep Sync is seeking a strategic and commercially-driven Senior Director, Business Development & Partnerships to lead the acquisition, launch, and growth of strategic data partnerships that support Deep Sync products and external marketplace offerings. This role will focus on identifying and securing partnerships that expand Deep Sync’s data ecosystem, strengthen product capabilities, and create new revenue opportunities across the identity, advertising, and data landscape. The ideal candidate brings deep experience within the data, identity, ad tech, martech, or digital media ecosystem and has a strong track record of sourcing, negotiating, and scaling complex partnerships. This individual will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Revenue teams to operationalize partnerships from strategy through execution while serving as a trusted external representative of Deep Sync. This is a highly visible role requiring strong relationship management, strategic thinking, commercial negotiation skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-moving, evolving organization.
