The Senior Director, Business Applications & Digital Transformation is a key member of CPC's Information Technology leadership team responsible for the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous evolution of the organization's enterprise business applications and digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures that technology solutions effectively support CPC's mission, improve operational efficiency, enhance employee productivity, and deliver measurable business value. Reporting directly to the CIO, the Senior Director provides strategic leadership across Enterprise Applications, Business Relationship Management, Product Ownership, Application Support, Digital Workplace, Automation, AI Enablement, Enterprise Integrations, and Application Governance. This individual is responsible for the complete application lifecycle, from business requirements and solution selection through implementation, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement while ensuring technology investments align with CPC's strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused technology leader with extensive experience managing enterprise application portfolios and leading business transformation initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, Technology Operations, Data & Analytics, and strategic technology partners, this individual will drive application modernization, improve business processes, strengthen governance, increase user adoption, and leverage automation, data, and AI to accelerate CPC's digital transformation journey.
