This position is crucial in driving the top line growth and bottom-line profitability of Walgreens Pharmacy business. This role will also lead a high-performing team of account management. This role involves pursing existing and new partnerships and strategies that drive growth in prescription volumes, revenue and profit, making it essential for this role to build strong relationships and networks. The role will guide the team in pitching innovative, integrated solutions to secure new clients and enhance relationships with key decision-makers. The Senior Director will lead the development and execution for sales strategies, forecasting outcomes, and aligning internal teams to meet ambitious sales targets, profitability goals and key performance indicators. The Senior Director will work closely with the Vice President, Brand Pharma Procurement and will be focused on business development, pharmacy profitability and identification of opportunities.
