Dow Jones is building something ambitious in video, rooted in the authority of The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch, and Investor’s Business Daily, and designed for how audiences actually watch business news now. This is a rare opportunity to help build how this new business finds its audience, builds habits and turns that audience into a sustainable business. We are looking for someone who understands that on YouTube and connected TV, distribution does not begin after a show is finished. The format, title, thumbnail, retention shape and publishing cadence are all creative decisions and they can determine whether an excellent episode reaches forty thousand people or four million. You are part audience strategist, part commercial architect, part creative partner to the programming team. This role sits at the center of the network. Pre-launch, the immediate priority is YouTube: personally establishing exceptional channel architecture, publishing, packaging, optimization and performance practices before building the team that will scale them. For the larger network build, you will work as the standing counterpart to Programming on what we make, Sales on what it earns, and to Product, Editorial and Finance on everything in between. The right person is entrepreneurial, analytical and deeply hands-on and knows how to pursue reach without compromising trust.
